About the Role

Support Worker based in Montrose, providing care to vulnerable adults across the Angus, Forfar, Arbroath and Letham regions. The role may involve residing in a client’s accommodation or home. Shift patterns vary from Monday to Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Medication administration
• Cooking, home maintenance and managing finances for clients
• Providing social support and helping clients achieve personal goals
• Spending the entire shift with a client, supporting them through everyday activities
• Adapting to changing behaviour and providing support in challenging situations
• Maintaining professional records and communicating effectively with staff and family

Qualifications & Traits

• Full UK driving licence and own car
