Job Description
Support Worker in Silverton, EX5. A fantastic part-time role supporting a bright and engaging 22-year-old with cerebral palsy. Training will initially take place in Exeter, EX2. Up to £20.00 gross per hour.
Salary/Wage: Up to £20.00 Gross Per Hour
Driving Requirements: Yes – driving Oscar’s adapted vehicle out in the community (manual)
Essential: Some exposure or experience working with young adults with a physical disability. Able to work at least two Saturdays or Sundays a month
Desirable: PEG feeding experience, but full training is provided
Start Date: ASAP
Days & Hours: Three weekday shifts available per week (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday), 4:00pm–10:00pm, plus alternate weekends (Saturday or Sunday) with shifts of either 8:00am–6:00pm or 11:00am–10:00pm. There is flexibility with this position, and we would also be pleased to hear from candidates who are available to work weekends only.
