Salary: £28,500 - £35,000 (doe)
Location: Aylesbury - Hybrid – Home, Office & Community-Based
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday | Flexible Working Available
We are partnering with a highly reputable specialist care provider to recruit an experienced and motivated Support Worker Co-Ordinator.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Care Coordinator, Senior Support Worker or Care Team Leader looking to take the next step in their career.
