We’re on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands‑on Female Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a support worker you will help people gain more independence in their daily lives while working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people. Our supported living service in Trowbridge is a welcoming and friendly environment where no two days are the same. You’ll enhance the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities. You may spend a day out with them in local bars and pubs, unwind playing video games, watch films or go to the cinema. It’s an amazing role for anyone looking to make a real difference and grow in confidence and independence, whether that means making dinner by themselves or going on holiday.
