Position: Support Worker

Location: Brixham, Devon

Service: Frensham House, part of Oaklea Care Ltd

Pay Rate: £12.87 per hour

National Care Group is looking for support workers to join the brand‑new residential service Frensham House. The service will begin operations in August 2026 and will support up to six residents with complex needs.

We seek candidates with experience working with Prader‑Willi syndrome; training will be provided if required.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with residents by listening, discussing, and planning goal‑setting sessions.
• Assist with planning daily tasks and support practical activities such as cooking, cleaning, and running errands.
• Provide personal care support, including assistance with eating and administering medication.
