Pay rate £13.01 per hour (£27,060.80 based on 40 hours per week).

Position Details

Working hours: Full time – up to 40 hours per week.
Service: Nexus Support Limited – Braintree (South Essex area including Basildon, Castle Point, Chelmsford, Southend).
£300.00 joining bonus.

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Support people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs aged 16‑45 to live meaningful lives.
• Assist with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, running errands and personal care including eating and medication administration.
• Plan and participate in activities such as swimming, exercising, health & beauty and community outings.
• Provide support at home and in the community – shifts include early, late, sleep‑in and alternate weekends.
• Offer chats and advice when times become challenging.
