You’ll be someone who leads by example, knows how to de‑escalate and create a sense of safety, even in the most challenging situations.
Requirements for our Support Workers
- Patient, resilient and emotionally aware
- Willing to learn and grow
- Committed to making a difference, even on the tough days
- Able to see beyond behaviour and understand the “why” behind it
- Flexibility to work and travel across the North East
- Full UK Driving licence and right to work in the UK (we are not able to offer sponsorship)
