Contract Three x36 Hours on Waking Nights 8pm-8am and weekend days

We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and adaptable Support Worker who is enthusiastic about making a genuine difference in people’s lives. This is a rewarding opportunity to support a young child within a warm and family-oriented home environment. You will be supporting a 6-year-old boy who lives at home with his mum, dad, and older siblings. You will play a key role in supporting his daily care and routine.

He has a tracheostomy and requires ventilatory support, as well as a diagnosis of epilepsy. He also has a large exomphalos, meaning some of his internal organs are located outside of his abdominal cavity. He is mobile, although he occasionally uses a chair, and he attends school regularly.
