Role Overview
Mencap is seeking passionate Support Workers to join our team in Askern, Doncaster. Candidates must hold a full UK driving licence as we provide mobility vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily activities, personal care, medication administration, finances, and activities to meet individual goals.
- Provide emotional support and foster independence for people with learning, physical, mental health or communication needs.
- Build trusting relationships with supported people, including maintaining open communication and conflict‑resolution.
- Respond to emergencies and safely drive mobility vehicles when required.
- Maintain accurate records and report information as required.
