As aat Valmet, you will be part of our Field Services team and apply your skills and experiences to support the performance of the large-scale manufacturing equipment specializing in resolving product related issues for our customers. You'll be tasked with managing and scheduling the coverage and implementation of our 24/7/365 call center. The ability to collaborate with colleagues both in North America and globally to develop plans for resolving product issues, ensuring that customer performance meets quality standards.
