Our client is seeking a Deployment Support Technician to support a nationwide printer refresh initiative spanning approximately 360 devices across multiple locations. This position will serve as a central point of contact for technicians performing on-site printer installations and replacements. The primary responsibility will be assisting field technicians with updating and entering printer IP address information into network management applications while ensuring accurate documentation and issue tracking
The ideal candidate does not need extensive technical expertise but should possess strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset. This role will involve significant phone interaction with technicians across the country and requires someone who can remain organized and professional while supporting multiple installations simultaneously.
