Responsibilities
- Support the sales team by handling administrative tasks, such as managing schedules and processing orders.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and clients, ensuring smooth communication and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with inventory management and ensure product availability for a seamless retail experience at MD Aircon Enterprise.
- Maintain records of sales data and client information to drive informed decision-making.
- Handle routine office duties, such as answering calls and organizing files, to ensure the department operates efficiently.
Qualifications
- At least a Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
Experience Level
- 1 - 3 years of experience in sales administration or a similar role.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong coordination skills to manage sales tasks efficiently.
