Junior Support Specialist
We’re hiring a Junior Support Specialist to join a fast‑paced client support team supporting mid‑sized businesses (50–999 employees). This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, working with technology, and delivering a strong customer experience.
What You’ll Do:
+ Support clients via inbound calls and email (12–20 calls/day)
+ Troubleshoot issues and manage cases from start to resolution
+ Communicate clearly and professionally with external clients and internal teams
+ Learn and support a complex technology platform with strong training provided
Work Environment:
+ Structured, metrics‑driven call center environment
+ AI‑enabled tools capture notes so you can focus on troubleshooting
+ Hybrid schedule: onsite during training, then 4 days onsite / 1 remote
+ Opportunity to earn 2 remote days after 90 days
