Develop,
implement, and support a Dynamics 365 (D 365) Customer Engagement for Xbox
Safety.
The
current person does a lot of the Dynamics admin work. However, they also do set
up new pipeline for intaking escalations as well. For example, we are right now
working on setting up intaking tickets from a webform on a website into our
dynamics. It is likely more admin work than anything. there is some engineering
work at times too.
