Support Engineer – Machine Vision Systems

About the Role Were looking for a passionate, hands-on Support Engineer to join our growing team. Youll play a critical role in bringing our advanced machine vision systems to life on client sites across the mining industry from installation and commissioning to ongoing support and remote troubleshooting. This is a dynamic, customer-facing role where youll combine technical expertise with real-world problem-solving in exciting industrial environments. Youll report to the Support Technical Lead. What Youll Do Install and commission state-of-the-art machine vision systems on client equipment (conveyor belts, flotation cells, etc.). Configure sensors, IP cameras, IP lasers, network switches, LED lighting, and low-voltage power systems. Perform software installation, XML configuration, and system handovers with client training.
