Mandatory Requirements

• Proven experience in first‑level technical support in a corporate environment
• Knowledge of computer hardware
• Experience with print pools
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies
• Proficiency in Windows operating systems, Office365, and MSTeams
• Hands‑on experience with Active Directory (users, groups, permissions), DNS, and DHCP
• Experience with Microsoft cloud services (Azure, EntraID, Intune...
