Mandatory Requirements- Proven experience in first‑level technical support in a corporate environment
- Knowledge of computer hardware
- Experience with print pools
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems, Office365, and MSTeams
- Hands‑on experience with Active Directory (users, groups, permissions), DNS, and DHCP
- Experience with Microsoft cloud services (Azure, EntraID, Intune, SharePo...
