About the Role

As a MS Dynamics IT Support Expert, you will play a critical role in supporting, maintaining, and optimising our suite of Microsoft Dynamics applications (including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and related integrations). You’ll work closely with business users, developers, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st to 3rd line support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE, F&O, BC) and related applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the Dynamics ecosystem, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure integrations.
