Job Purpose
Job Purpose Description -
Assist in preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical and instrumentation equipment.Support troubleshooting of motors, drives, switchgear, sensors, transmitters, analyzers, and control systems.Monitor equipment performance and report abnormalities to supervisors.Participate in calibration, testing, and commissioning activities of instruments and electrical equipment.Maintain maintenance records, logbooks, and check sheets.Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and statutory requirements.Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams for planned shutdown and maintenance activities.Assist in identifying opportunities for reliability improvement and energy conservation.Maintain good housekeeping in work areas and follow 5S practices.Basic knowledge of electrical systems, motors, transformers, and switchgear.
