Support Coordinator

This role is primarily remote and open to candidates based anywhere in Australia.

This is an initial 6-month contract opportunity, with the potential for extension based on business needs and performance.

As a Support Coordinator, you’ll empower individuals with disabilities to navigate the NDIS and connect with the right services to achieve their goals. You'll work closely with clients, families, and service providers to coordinate supports that truly make a difference.
