About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity within Digital Technologies for a Support Analyst. You will be responsible for providing second line technical support for enterprise level applications which are fundamental to the student journey here at NTU.Working within the Application Specialist team, you will be assigned to a specific product portfolio where you will learn the application to a detailed level, but it is expected that you will support the applications across all of the team's product portfolios.
