We are hiring SaaS Support Analysts to join our 24/7 global support team in Querétaro.
You will troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in our hosted SaaS environment, working with Linux, cloud technologies, and enterprise software.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in SaaS or cloud support is expected.
- Experience supporting SaaS or cloud environments.
- Linux/Unix system knowledge.
- SQL and relational database skills.
- Good English communication skills.
