Responsibilities Interprets guidance/directives/regulations concerning property accounting management, depreciation and asset equity and provides guidance to affected DFAS personnel. Administers a data base management system in support of the DFAS Property Management Program. Oversees an automated property management system that monitors DFAS property accountability and the depreciation of DFAS capital assets. Ensures budgetary compliance within program guidance on all property acquisitions. Reviews and consolidates all financial data from centralized procurement and ensures compliance with established procedures.
