 :End to End Supply Chain Owner
Leads and manages the S & OP process to meet customer service and cost objectives
Represents the S & OP team on the board
Communicates S & OP decisions to operational level
Enforce adherence to the process and decisions made by the team
Accountable for Weekly Plan / Final Decision on Weekly meeting
Coordinates sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization.
Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization's planning efforts.
As needed, coordinates planning activities with other functions and stakeholders within the firm.
Supports the equitable assignment of sales force quotas and ensures quotes are optimally allocated to all sales channels and resources.
