Job Description
+ Runing KPI report for region - OTTR/OTFP/PD/inventory
+ Inventory report overview and other reports support
+ Optimize planning of supply in order to efficiently manage inventory levels with on time delivery performance on or above target.
+ Analyze On time to request and on time to promise and drive improvements
+ Facilitate resolution of product shortage issues and communicate outcome with sales support and order management
+ Arrange expedited shipments of parts to support exceptional demand/pull in activities.
+ Planning and scheduling of GC Vision solution orders required by end customers in the region
+ Actively manage relationships with supplier &OM & sales team.
+ Monitor supply and demand imbalances and communication/escalation
+ Assists in maintaining accurate planning parameters / material master data.
+ Dealing with invoices resolutions and customer complaints & Sales return request.
