Job Summary
The incumbent is in charge of inventory planning in distribution centers and local hubs to cover demand of IVD markets under his/her responsibility, maximizing service level and minimizing stocks and costs related to transportation and scrap. He/She will report to the Supply Planning Manager.
Key Accountabilities
- Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects.
- Develop requirements and standards relating to data analysis.
- Apply different procurement strategies based on both businesses and suppliers.
- Actively follow and participate in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
- Maintain and update fields in the SAP's part master used for inventory planning and purchasing purposes.
- Create purchase orders and requisitions in SAP, ensuring supplier's compliance with regards to quantities ordered and lead‑times.
