Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end supply planning for a large and diverse SKU portfolio in a high-complexity market.
- Execute planning strategies to maintain healthy inventory levels and prevent service disruptions.
- Coordinate with multiple global supply locations and cross-functional teams to support reliable product flow.
- Lead regular alignment sessions with business teams to support Make-to-Stock and Make-to-Order commitments.
- Collaborate with plants to align ICO vs local supply volumes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Planning/Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
- More than 5 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, materials planning, or similar roles.
- Proficiency in planning systems and data management tools.
- Intermediate to advanced English and Spanish proficiency.
