Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Warehouse & Distribution Unit Lead in commercial agreement implementation
- Manage rebates, contracts, and credit note processing
- Calculate Market Funding programs and Free-of-Charge goods
- Monitor approvals, documentation, and supply chain contracts
- Track and report warehousing and freight costs (OPEX & OWF)
- Validate trucker billings and cost allocations
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and SCM teams
- Assist in daily Warehouse & Distribution operations and reporting
- Act as back‑up to the Unit Lead when necessary
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, contracts, or rebate processing preferred
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
