Job Description :

Report to: SC Director

• Develop strategy and implementation Plan for SC Capability Development within the framework of SC Strategy to design and adapt global training curriculum with local tailored-made training needs
• Set up annual SC training plan in conjunction with SC, HR and regional SC team based on specific training needs analysis and overall SC competency needs for all SC forces.
• Design sustainable SC force Career Roadmap and provide necessary training & development plan to support the career development framework
• Design courses, develop training materials, Implement and adapt reality of SC Capability Development Plan including nationwide SC capability plan and local tailored-made training plan
• Working closely with Regional SC team to assure the training plan fulfilment, alignment and execution has been implemented as designed.
