Role Description

1. Responsible for new material development, sampling, and related data collection.
2. Develop qualified suppliers based on purchasing needs; conduct inquiries, cost analysis, and price negotiations.
3. Follow up on contract execution, registration, and filing.
4. Monitor raw material market trends and adjust procurement strategies in a timely manner.
5. Formulate annual cost‑down plans and implement price‑reduction measures for special projects.
