Job Description

  • Provide dynamic leadership and mentorship to a team of 4–5 direct reports (including scheduling and purchasing staff).

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, setting clear SMART goals and driving performance.

  • Production Management & Process Optimization

  • Oversee master production schedules, inventory levels, manpower requirements, and shifting assignments.

  • Manage ERP/MRP inputs to ensure accurate scheduling and priority setting for the production floor.

  • Maintain seamless information flow between operations, sales, and customers regarding lead times and delivery dates.

  • Troubleshoot production constraints and lead projects related to process improvements and system implementation.
