Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years experience in materials management, procurement and subcontracting
- Bachelors degree in finance or accounting or a combination of education and work experience is acceptable
- Certified Procurement professional certification is an asset
- Able to lead procurement and material management departments
- Knowledge of subcontracting and procurement and industry best practices
- Able to prepare and implement procurement plans
