Supply Chain Management Specialist - Capital Projects (Mega)

Must have Mega Capital Projects experience. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS B Degree/B Tech - Bachelor of Commerce in Supply Chain Management. Minimum of 8 years experience in a purchasing and procurement professional (construction) role preferably within a public sector procurement environment. At least 3 mega projects contracts procured (construction) and managed until contract closeout. Knowledge of various forms of contract such as FIDIC, NEC3, JBCC Demonstrable experience leading technical aspects of infrastructure contract negotiations Demonstrable experience leading technical aspects of infrastructure contract negotiations Understanding and experience in CIDB regulations and standards Knowledge of various procurement models for infrastructure such as EPC, O&M Contracts, Employers Intermediate Excel, Word and database management software.
