Summary
The Supply Chain Head ensures the efficiency and continuity of the local supply chain processes through the development of best practices in product supply, warehousing and distribution activities, new product launches, International Trade (CTC) and 3rd party service providers’ management, with full alignment to Novartis Global, Regional & Divisional policies, standards, tools and procedures. Responsible for all local SCM activities: customs clearance, supply and demand planning, lifecycle, warehouse and distribution and customer services.
About The Role
Responsible to establish a clear and effective business ownership for Supply Chain processes within the Country SC organization to ensure adherence and sustainability of the defined standards.
