What You‘ll
- DoManage day-to-day purchasing for kitchen, bakery, retail, packaging, and operation
- s.Generate and track purchase order
- s.Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely deliverie
- s.Compare quotations and negotiate the best value while maintaining quality standard
- s.Maintain optimum inventory levels and prevent stock shortages or overstockin
