Responsibilities
- Monitor overall ordering accuracy and ensure alignment with company supply chain strategy.
- Coordinate with related teams to gather demand forecasts for ordering and planning when required in special circumstances.
- Send purchase order to all supplier and make sure supplier receive PO already

- Monitor part arrival schedule & collect ETA report from all oversea person in charge and informed to related team
- Feedback Claim & follow replacement /credit note from supplier
- Cooperate with material planning team if they found any issue on forecast, for example, supplier change lead time / MOQ, etc.
- Cooperation with GPSC (Buyer) team for vendor activities, for example vendor change address, request increase price / MOQ, etc.
