Responsibilities
- Overseeing the entire supply chain process, from purchase requisition to goods receival in the field.
- Coordinating, developing and harmonizing supply chain of materials and services for Doors business operations.
- Setting up tools, processes and KPIs to effectively manage operations and seeking continuous improvement opportunities.
- Onboarding, managing and monitoring suppliers and service providers, in alignment with KDB Procurement category management steering.
- Purchase order management and delivery monitoring – escalation and recovery actions with suppliers when needed.
- Coaching and training field staff to drive necessary changes in processes.
- Ensuring defined logistics processes are followed and developed to ensure fast and transparent supply of goods for service technicians.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
