Job Summary:
In addition to the responsibilities listed below, this position is also responsible for performing moderately complex data analysis on historical purchasing trends to determine future forecasts and inventory needs; creating and analyzing demand forecasts and performing Return on Investment (i.e., ROI) analysis for Kaiser Permanente centrally owned inventory; identifying, communicating, and resolving standard and non-standard product shortages, independently, and identifying acceptable alternatives for shortage items, in partnership with sourcing / suppliers / clinicians, and communicating to suppliers/vendors and supply chain teams; participating in the spend savings process on behalf of supply chain in partnership with finance, independently; contributing to inventory readiness and depletion for new products, and conversions, independently; evaluating moderately complex automated replenishment activities across the majority of inventory categories, as well as opt...
