Supply Chain Administrator (Customer Service)

Job Summary

The Supply Chain Administrator (Customer Service) is responsible for ensuring on-time, in-full order processing and coordinating with all concerned departments to ensure successful order fulfilment and delivery. The role supports both B2B and B2C customers and requires close coordination with Sales, Production Planning, Warehouse, Transportation, and other internal stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle the end-to-end Customer Service process for local, export, and walk-in customers.


• Work closely with the Scheduler and Warehouse teams to maintain accurate sales and stock review reports.


• Process customer sales orders accurately and monitor their progress through to release.


• Track and monitor External OTIF and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for service failures.
