- Lead development and execution of supplier and outsourcing strategies to support Eaton’s Vantaa manufacturing growth.
- Manage supplier onboarding, make-or-buy decisions, production transitions and ensure knowledge transfer and industrialization.
- Lead cross-functional projects to deliver on time, control costs, mitigate supply risks and drive supplier performance improvements.
- Require several years of project management experience, a Bachelor or Master degree, strong negotiation and coordination skills, and fluency in Finnish and English.
Eaton's new campus for its critical power systems in Vantaa, Finland, was completed in November 2023. The 16,500 m² site houses research and development, manufacturing, warehousing, sales and service under one roof, which will create plenty of additional jobs.
