As a Supplier Quality Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of incoming materials and components. Your efforts will help prevent issues before they escalate and maintain accountability within our supplier base to meet the high standards required by our products.
Responsibilities
+ Perform receiving inspection on incoming materials and components.
+ Identify, segregate, and disposition nonconforming materials received from suppliers.
+ Monitor and update inspection plans in the ERP system based on engineering changes or supplier performance.
+ Retain and archive supplier material certificates, certificates of conformance, and inspection data in accordance with procedures.
+ Gather, review, and retain supplier PPAP deliverables.
+ Assist in determining supplier-at-fault issues identified in production.
