As a Supplier Quality Manufacturing Engineer, your day will be filled with engaging interactions with suppliers, analyzing data, and driving continuous improvement. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality standards are met, while fostering strong relationships with our valued suppliers.
**How You’ll Make an Impact**
+ Lead product and process qualification activities (PPQs) for turbine blades and vane components mainly at casting suppliers.
+ Contain, manage, and resolve quality issues related to non-conforming components identified at AGT Siemens Energy facilities, warehouses, or global customers.
+ Drive supplier root cause investigations and corrective actions through the Problem Resolution process.
+ Investigate and resolve manufacturing capability issues within the supply chain to ensure business continuity.
