Job Description
Your tasks
Perform regular and ad-hoc supplier audits and manage the follow-up and verification of audit measures
Support and drive improvement programs in case of supplier escalation issues
Participate in regular supplier quality meetings and business review meetings
Act as an active member of the congatec internal audit team
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (R&D, Operations departments, Purchasing, Quality, etc.) and suppliers to ensure robust and stable manufacturing and quality processes
Support congatec projects in implementing customer project requirements (APQP, PPAP) and preparing test coverage reports
Review and approve electronic manufacturer control plans, process flows and Process FMEAs together with internal stakeholders
Support onboarding projects of new electronic manufacturing suppliers, ensuring robust qualification and seamless integration into existing quality systems
