A large reputable utility company in Bothell, WA is currently hiring for a Procurement Analyst (Procurement Intake Request Facilitator). This temporary role supports the Procurement COE (Center of Excellence) by mapping and segmenting the supply base and delivering category market intelligence that strengthens sourcing decisions, supplier engagement, and contract modernization. The position is expected to spend approximately 50% of its time serving as the Procurement Intake Request Facilitator and 50% supporting Supplier Development, Supplier Intelligence, and Center of Excellence (COE) / Supplier Engagement Initiatives. The role includes coordinating procurement purchase request intake, reviewing vendor proposals and business requirement documents (BRDs), and partnering with several approver groups to route requests efficiently, improve alignment, and support timely decisions.
