Supplier Development Improvement Engineer (Silao)

DescriptionPerform quality and capability assessments for potential suppliers, including reporting, follow-up and closure of audit findings and non-conformances.Perform supplier process audits, Run@ Rate verification, control plan audits, PFMEA reviews, special processes evaluations (CQI), and early production containment.Provide technical expertise to suppliers in manufacturing processes such as plastic injection molding, stamping, and assembly.Monitor supplier performance metrics and utilize the appropriate Inteva escalation processes with poorly performing suppliers to improve performance.Guide suppliers to develop quality strategies and improve quality system implementation by using continuous improvement and problem‐solving techniques.Lead and coordinate Supplier Change Requests, supporting engineering changes related to suppliers.Train suppliers and Inteva Plant SQEs in Problem Case management.Willing to travel globally and sometimes on short notice.Travel ~*****%.
