Description
- Perform quality and capability assessments for potential suppliers, including reporting, follow-up and closure of audit findings and non-conformances.
- Perform supplier process audits, Run@ Rate verification, control plan audits, PFMEA reviews, special processes evaluations (CQI), and early production containment.
- Provide technical expertise to suppliers in manufacturing processes such as plastic injection molding, stamping, and assembly.
- Monitor supplier performance metrics and utilize the appropriate Inteva escalation processes with poorly performing suppliers to improve performance.
- Guide suppliers to develop quality strategies and improve quality system implementation by using continuous improvement and problem‑solving techniques.
- Lead and coordinate Supplier Change Requests, supporting engineering changes related to suppliers.
