About the role

As the custodian of supplier compliance for the maritime maintenance contract, this role ensures suppliers are appropriately qualified, compliant, and equipped to deliver high-quality outcomes safely and effectively. By establishing strong onboarding, performance monitoring, and feedback mechanisms, the role fosters continuous improvement and close alignment between Procurement and Maintenance, mitigating risk and driving supplier excellence.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Develop and maintain a capability-based supplier assurance framework aligned to maritime maintenance trade requirements, ensuring suppliers are assessed on technical competency, workforce capability, and operational readiness, in addition to standard compliance requirements.
