Responsibilities Serves as an Inventory Management (IM) Supervisor for DLA Energy; this is a supervisory position primarily responsible for providing direct and operational oversight of assigned Inventory Management team members at the site. Ensures the proper resources and mechanisms are in place to support the development and ongoing maintenance of Inventory Management policies, business rules, system enhancements, and training, under direction from higher management authority. Manages the analyses of Inventory Management process issues impacting their assigned areas and oversees team members in formulating recommendations, execute actions, and monitor results. Escalates Enterprise Business Solutions (EBS) process and system related issues to the Inventory Management Site Process Lead and/or Enterprise Process Integrator/Owner office.
