Responsibilities Major duties include but not limited to: Supervisory Program Specialist is responsible for the overall supervision of the unit, efficient distribution of workload, accurate evaluation of results, and enhancement of procedures to meet workload demands. Supervise employees ranging from GS-5 to GS-7 Medical engaged in a wide variety of administrative activities involving the daily operation of the Unit. Supervisor makes work assignments, writes position descriptions, and establishes performance standards for the Unit.
