Responsibilities You will serve as principal advisor to the Executive Director and Commanding Officer on the operational impact of new DoD/DoN mandates, recommending command-level implementation strategies to mitigate operational risk and optimize command resources. You will lead strategic planning initiatives for the command, defining local long-range goals, establishing performance metrics, and restructuring command programs to align with higher-echelon strategic intent.
